The Map of Existing Conditions, seen here, shows the three school complex - San Miguel Child Development Center, James Denman Middle School, Balboa High School - which is the initial target area for this project, the OMI / Excelsior Living Library & Think Park. Also indicated is the First Living Library & Think Park Garden, the multicolored area between San Miguel and Denman, and the Native Streetscape Transformation / Artwalk, where almost 200 native trees and hundreds of native understory plants were planted, and about 350 colorfully painted, wooden cutout artworks installed on the fences along Oneida Avenue and Otsego Street.
